New Website for the Collaborative Research Center at Ruhr University Bochum
The Collaborative Research Center SFB 874 at Ruhr University Bochum conducts research on neurological processes. To improve its public presence, the existing website was to be replaced with a modern content management system.
Physical Simulation of Ocean Waves in Unity-Engine including Shader Development
For a pirate-themed game it was necessary to create ocean waves that not only look realistic but also physically interact with floating objects like boats. Just as the ocean is infinitely vast, so should it be in the game: A distance based tile rendering mechanism had to be implemented.
Single-Page-Application for a Multiplayer-Network to aggregate and display data
Development of a Spring Boot Backend to provide server data from a MySql database via REST API as well as conception and design of a Frontend to display player information and statistics.

ERP System Migration to AWS Cloud via Serverless Infrastructure and Terraform
To reduce operational costs, the existing IaaS-based AWS architecture should be migrated to a serverless architecture. The new setup should be built using Terraform, following the principles of Infrastructure as Code.
